Following in their family tradition, Grandsons David and Chris Blythe, are carrying this legacy into the 21st century. They have created new, exciting themes, doubled the showroom in historic downtown New Bern, and expanded the product line to represent over 300 manufacturers.
With Branch's online, visitors can view room galleries and a wealth of information from home and office manufacturers' catalogs. The use of new computer technology provides the consumer with a huge advantage.
"I wanted to provide a way for customers to view the many choices we offer," said David Blythe, co-owner. "Using the power of the internet has opened new markets for Branch's. We have even included an online interactive Order/Quote page for our customers. They can get a quote or ask questions, especially if they haven't found that special item. This interactive tool is a great addition in providing quality customer service."
